Parent Conditions for Learning Survey: Don’t forget to take the Conditions for Learning Survey. The survey contains items focusing on areas that range from student safety, to positive adult and student relationships, to school rules and how they are enforced. The results will be provided to each school in our district to be used with the student survey results for identifying areas of strengths and areas for improvement. You can access instructions and the link to the survey. A copy of the items on the survey is available by request.
PV-Issued Devices: All JH students in person and online will be allowed to keep their devices throughout the summer and be expected to bring them back in working order for the next school year. If you would prefer to check the device and charger back into the school prior to summer break you must contact Mr. Wikan before June 4.
· If your student does not plan on attending Pleasant Valley Schools for the 2021-22 school year the device must be returned to Mr. Wikan prior to the student’s last day of school or a fee will be assessed for the replacement cost.
· For those families that decide to unenroll their student during the summer months, please contact the technology director Kevin Pennekamp at email@example.com or 563-332-5550 to set up a time to return the device.
· Any technical issues with your device over the summer or if you need something repaired, you can email the technology director Kevin Pennekamp at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a time to drop it off at the administration office (525 Belmont Rd).
Meals Available for At-Home Learners: Meals will be available every Monday from 10:00 am – 11:00 am for 100% online learners. You’ll pick up all your meals for the entire week. You must fill out this form every week by Monday at 6:00am to register for the meals. Meals are currently free because of a government program.

Current 7th Graders: If your child is interested in playing a fall sport at PVJH for the 21-22 school year, please sign your child up via Family ID. This is how your student will now sign up to participate in all sporting seasons at PVJH. We will no longer complete a paper-pencil signup at lunches. Fall Sports are Football, Volleyball, Cross Country and Cheerleading.
