Learn How to Attend PVHS Fall Sports

PVHS Fall Sports Spectator Policies

Spartan Nation,

It is important we have the same level of cooperation and support that occurred during the summer sports season. We take return to student activities with the same seriousness we do with school. The safety of our students, families, staff, and community will always be our first priority. Our Administrative Team, staff, and coaches have worked tirelessly to ensure we have appropriate plans, following the guidelines we have been provided, in place to maximize safety and continue to allow fans to attend future events.

We will continue to provide updates as needed. Thank you for everything you do to support ALL of our students and their activities!

Let’s GO Spartans!

Spectator Guidelines for Pleasant Valley High School - Fall Sports

Face Coverings:  Students, staff, and spectators must wear a face covering to enter ALL PVCSD facilities including Spartan Stadium. Once in an athletic venue, face coverings may be removed IF 6 ft. or more of social distancing is possible.  If social distancing is not possible, face coverings ARE required.  Guests will not be granted entry into events without a face covering.

Seating/Ticket Policies for PVHS Fall Athletics Events: In order to promote social distancing, admission to events will be limited like this past summer’s baseball and softball seasons. PVHS will distribute the following allotted number of tickets to each student in uniform based on the number of athletes and the seating capacity of each venue.

  • Volleyball:  Three gate passes per player at each level
  • Girls’ Swimming & Diving: Two gate passes per swimmer/diver
  • Boys’ Golf: No restrictions
  • Cross Country: Two spectators per student in uniform
  • Football:  Two gate passes per player at each level
  • Cheer: Two gate passes per cheerleader
  • Dance: Two gate passes per dancer
  • Band:  Two gate passes per musician

**Multi-activity or multiple students in one family will get a maximum of 2 gate passes per family.

These gate passes will allow ticket holders to pay admission to gain entrance for the contest. The gate pass only allows an individual to purchase admission, has no cash value, and may only be used at the venue and event listed. Ticket gates will open at 30 minutes prior to the start of each contest.

Student Activity Tickets (SAT) & Century Booster Club Passes:  Students who already have an SAT or families who have purchased a Century Club Pass from the PV Athletic Booster Club AND receive one of the gate passes from a players can use their SAT/Booster Club pass for admission into the event. NO entry will be allowed without a gate pass.

Families who purchased a SAT for their student or a Century Club Pass can request a refund. Please contact Kim Meyer meyerkim@pleasval.org in order to do so.

Faculty & Staff: PV employees will also need to have a gate pass from a player to enter contests.  A staff badge will not allow entry on its own.

Livestreams: Due to limited spectator attendance, PVHS is partnering with QC Sports Network for live audio streaming for home varsity football games. Other events are being considered to be streamed through YouTube – stay tuned Spartan Nation!
