As part of the National School Breakfast & Lunch Program PVCSD is offering take home meals to students who are learning remotely either 50% of the time or 100% of the time. Meals will be charged to your students meal account, just like a meal would be at school. If your student is a paid student, they must have a positive balance in their meal account for meals to be sent out. Meals will not be sent out if your student has a negative balance.
Students accounts will be charged for the meals based on the following scale.
Elementary - $4.10
Junior High- $4.35
High School - $4.65
Reduced Students - $0.70
Free Students - $0.00
Meal requests must be submitted by 6am on Monday through this form & you must sign up each week that you want meals. Meal requests submitted after that time will not fulfilled.
Meals are available for pick-up from 1:00pm-1:30pm daily at PVHS in the bus drop-off lane.
Meals not picked up will be charged to the students account. If you need to cancel your meal request you must email. Andrea Mahler at email@example.com
