Pleasant Valley Education Association Scholarship

The PVEA scholarship rewards students who plan to become teachers in the future.  The Pleasant Valley Educational Association, a group of teachers at all grade levels throughout the district, has contributed the $1000 annually to perpetuate excellence in education.  Past recipients of the award have established careers in elementary, secondary and post-secondary teaching.  The scholarship selection committee looks not only for students who have high academic accomplishments, but for those who exhibit characteristics of personality and work ethic that will serve them well as teachers.
