Elementary Term 3 Changes

As you may recall, back in November we stated we would assess the health of our district prior to the start of our third term on Tuesday, February 16th.  As we were preparing to send out our third term survey last week, the Governor shared she was asking the Iowa Legislature to present a bill that would require students to return 100% back to the building.  With this new development, we are adjusting this survey to ask if you would return 100% back to the building or attend 100% online.  This question will allow us to begin making plans should we elect to return 100% or the Governor requires us to do so.

Please note, to help guide our planning, if you select the 100% online learning model you must stay in the 100% online model through the end of the school year due to scheduling and staffing.

As in past attendance verification surveys, ONE HOUSEHOLD MEMBER MUST FILL OUT THIS FORM FOR YOUR ELEMENTARY STUDENTS BY 5:00PM ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 21.
