For the 2022-2023 school year, the starting pay for a beginning driver will be $20.00 per hour and after driving for one year the pay will increase to $22.56 per hour. Drivers are guaranteed five hours of work per day. In addition, there are always opportunities to drive for various school events outside of the typical AM and PM route hours.
