Bridgeview 5th grade students are working with students from New York to research specific topics to help with the Enduring Understanding "Perspective and Perception Provokes Societal Change." Topics include Covid 19, Exploration of Mars, Women's Rights, and Civil Rights. Students did research in their own classes first and shared the information they had found as they start to plan our final project. Teachers agree having a peer audience that is located across the country is motivating and powerful. It's definitely a journey of collaboration and learning.
