3rd Grade Learns about Immigration from Mrs. Rodriguez

In 3rd grade across the district, students study immigration throughout the year.  They explore all sorts of topics - especially why someone would choose to leave their native country and what values lead them to choose their new home. At Pleasant View, third graders got to hear about it first hand.  Mrs. Rodriguez has been an aide at the school since 2007 and immigrated from Cuba as a child.
