Timelines for Course Selections:
8th grade students:
The Junior High and High School counselors present to all 8th graders during the school day in February. Students will enter and submit their course requests in Xello shortly after that. Students have until Friday before spring break to email their junior high school counselor with any changes to their course requests.
9th grade students:
All course requests for 10th grade must be entered and submitted into Xello by the end of the 1st semester. Students will receive their presentation during 8th Hour Resource before Winter Break. Students have until Friday before Spring Break to email their school counselor with any changes to their course requests. Students have access to all course request documents within their designated Graduating Class in Google Classroom.
10th grade students:
All course requests for 10th grade must be entered and submitted into Xello by the end of the 1st semester. They will receive the presentation during their CCR - 10 Seminar Class, 2nd quarter. Students have until Friday before Spring Break to email their school counselor with any changes to their course requests. Students have access to all course request documents within their designated Graduating Class in Google Classroom.
11th grade students:
All course requests for 12th grade must be entered and submitted into Xello by the beginning of February. They will receive the presentation during their CCR - 11 Seminar Class, 3rd quarter. Students have until Friday before Spring Break to email their school counselor with any changes to their course requests. Students have access to all course request documents within their designated graduating class in Google Classroom.
