Junior High Enrollment Process
Complete Online Registration:
- If new to the Pleasant Valley District, please click here to begin your registration with an email address, or click here if you do not have an email address.
- If you currently have other students at Pleasant Valley, you can register your new student by logging into your Parent Portal Account here, clicking on “Online Registration” on the left side of the screen, and selecting “New Student Registration”. (You will receive instructions on completing your Existing Student Registration for the upcoming year in May.)
If you are a current PV parent and do not have a Parent Portal Account or have forgotten your username or password, please call Susan Parks at (563) 332-5550.
Be sure to upload a proof of residency document (utility bill or purchase/rental agreement with your name and address) during Online Registration or provide a paper copy to the Junior High. Without proof of residency, your student cannot be enrolled.
Contact the Counseling Office at (563) 332-0202 to set up an appointment to meet with a counselor.
Turn in all required paperwork from the Online Registration process to Pleasant Valley Junior High, 3501 Wisconsin St, LeClaire, IA 52753. (Visit our Health Office website for a copy of any of the health forms.)
- The Student Physical Examination Form is required to participate in after school sports.
